Paradise Spring Historic Park is located at 351 East Market Street, Wabash, Indiana.

Paradise Spring Historical Park has modern restroom facilities in two locations, one in the upper grounds and one in lower. Likewise, there are paved parking areas in both locations. On the northwest side of the park there is a picnic shelter which is available for public use or can be reserved for larger events through the Wabash Park Department.

The Wabash County Historical Museum, which is located at 36 East Market Street, less than a block west of Paradise Spring, houses artifacts related to the history of the park.

Guided

GUIDED TOURS

The members of the Paradise Spring Historic Park board are happy to arrange a guided tour for school or family groups.  Guided tours should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance and will include a look inside the cabins, a brief history of the grounds, and stories about the many historical events that have taken place here.

If you are visiting downtown Wabash and want to take a deeper dive into the history of Paradise Spring Historic Park on your own, there are 16 QR codes located throughout the park.  Use your mobile device to scan the codes and learn more about our history.

Educators

EDUCATORS & TOUR GROUPS

The members of the Paradise Spring Historic Park board are happy to arrange a guided tour for school or family groups.  Guided tours should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance and will include a look inside the cabins, a brief history of the grounds, and stories about the many historical events that have taken place here.  

 

Guided group tour minimum is 10 people. Tours will be available April 1st through October 31st.  While there is no charge for a guided group tour, a donation to the help support the park is always appreciated.  

 

Guided school field trips are also a great way to immerse your students in the rich history of Paradise Spring.
